	The First Month

After establishing a company, the first month shall involve the following.

Game Over
Game finishes under either condition.

Bankruptcy
	Excessive debt and defaulting loans.
Merger
	At least 51% of your company's stock gets bought out.

	Event

Event occurs.
More then one event per month can happen.

	Company Management

Manage your company by allocating tasks to directors and the president.
Proceed to the next month by ending operations.
Company management listing changes every month.

	Directors Tasks

Directors performing assigned task.

Directors require different amount of time to perform the same task based on their talents.
The higher their ability, the faster they complete their job.

	Area Demographics

	The following area demographic data includes changes in the following.
	•	Population
	•	Housing
	•	Foresting
	•	Fire
	•	Expo
	•	Building demolition

	Calculating Sales

Monthly assets, managed real-estate, sales and profit gets calculated and displayed.

Sales minus salary, advertising, and real-estate management fees equals profit.
*Operation costs are not displayed.

Possessing a professional team also gets calculated sales and profits included.

Debt interest and annual profit taxes are paid in December for the year.
