The majority of management tasks are assigned to directors.
The player acts as the company president by assigning proper tasks to directors.

Each director has different talents and personality.

Directing
Analysis
Negotiation
Advertising
Construction
Motivation
Loyalty
Pride

"Directing","Analysis","Negotiation","Advertising","Construction" abilities can go up after gaining experience while performing tasks.  Each person's ability growth rate varies.
As abilities rise performance increases.



Directing
"Directing" ability is affected by all tasks performed.

The following lists tasks affected by each ability.
Recruit Employees
Investment
Financial Support (Team)

Analysis
Ability to analyze and gather information.

The following lists tasks affected by each ability.
Acquire Land
Purchase Stock
Recruit Upper Management

Highly skilled directors assigned "Acquire Land" tasks may be able to additionally acquire the bordering district as well.

These highly skilled directors can also provide constant and accurate "Advice".



Negotiation

Advertising

Motivation
Higher motivated directors do better jobs.

"Motivation" points drop when directors are not happy with their company.
Directors resign when "Motivation" gets too low.



Loyalty
Highly "Loyal" directors are less likely to switch companies when head hunted.

Loyal directors "Headhunting" other company directors can be very persuasive.

Deeply loyal directors experience higher "Motivation" swings.

Pride
Directors with high pride demand high wages and are less satisfied with receiving the same wage as other directors.
Be sure to pay attention to this.
