The following lists tasks affected by each ability.

•Recruit Upper Management
Highly skilled directors assigned "Acquire Land" tasks may be able to additionally acquire the bordering district
as well.
These highly skilled directors can also provide constant and accurate "Advice".

Higher motivated directors do better jobs.
"Motivation" points drop when directors are not happy with their company.
Directors resign when "Motivation" gets too low.

Loyal directors "Headhunting" other company directors can be very persuasive.
Deeply loyal directors experience higher "Motivation" swings.
